GET THE GIST *

Establishing a brand’s visual language and revealing it’s soul is my forte. I approach my work with curiosity, grit and grace. I see my role as an un-blocker of potential: both for a brand’s narrative and the team I’m guiding.

I lean heavily into an empowering, egoless approach. I care about the best idea, not whose idea it is, and I love building team cultures where creatives feel safe to innovate.

I’ve lived all over the Bay Area, but call San Francisco home, for now. You might find me at the farmer’s market, a food + wine event, or chasing butterflies around Bernal Heights with my daughter.

what people are saying

“Lindsey has strengthened our cross-functional relationships significantly. Peers across teams increasingly seek her counsel. She has built trust not through volume, but through thoughtfulness and preparedness. That credibility compounds over time and elevates the creative team’s influence across the organization.”

— Former Manager

“Lindsey has provided a huge creative spark to the Digital Team and became a trusted leader within the group. She's led mission-critical initiatives for the business and has been critical in developing new processes to help organize a rapidly growing team. The team is firing on all cylinders and Lindsey has been a big part of that transformation.”

— Former Manager

“Lindsey was my manager at Pottery Barn. I saw her usher in a new era of thoughtful design, better team communication and smoother process. Somehow balancing the timelines and deliverables for 100s of projects and not letting a single detail fall through the cracks. Yet also not micro-managing her team. That is an art.”
